Role OverviewAs a Process Engineer, you will define and control production processes, including tooling and equipment, and validate design specifications for new products, tools, or equipment. This role is on-site and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing excellence. Your work will directly impact the quality and efficiency of GE Aerospace’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and control production processes, including tooling and equipment.
- Validate design specifications and shop floor applications for new products, tools, or equipment.
- Broaden knowledge of technical disciplines to execute policies and strategies.
- Resolve technical issues within established procedures and consult senior team members for complex challenges.
- Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customers and GE Aerospace.
- Explain technical information to team members and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience).
- Basic experience in Manufacturing & Production Process and Equipment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs effectively.
- Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
- Work Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America)
- Background and drug screening required.
- Physical requirements may include standing for extended periods and working in a manufacturing environment.
