Key Responsibilities

  • Lead productivity improvement initiatives across laboratory operations.
  • Identify bottlenecks impacting equipment utilization and operational efficiency.
  • Develop laboratory productivity KPIs and performance dashboards.
  • Analyze different metrics like lab utilization time, particle performance etc
  • Drive continuous improvement programs using Lean methodologies.
  • Standardize operational workflows across laboratories.
  • Develop efficient operating procedures and best practices.
  • Support implementation of digital workflows to increase operational efficiency.
  • Consumables / Logistics management
  • Provide timely updates for lab operations milestones / critical updates
  • Drive implementation of productivity tools and workflow automation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and operational tracking activities.
  • Partner with IT teams to deploy operational systems and dashboards.
  • Leverage Power BI, Power Automate, and AI-based productivity solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional operational improvement projects.
  • Manage project plans, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Track benefits realization and productivity gains.
  • Support strategic planning and operational readiness programs.
  • Create standard work procedures.
  • Develop operational playbooks.
  • Maintain process documentation and training materials.
  • Support certification and competency development programs.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in:
    • Industrial Engineering
    • Operations Management
    • Manufacturing Engineering

  • 3-6 years of experience in:
    • Semiconductor Operations
