Job Description
- Process development of machining processes (Turning, Milling, Drilling) in DI & GI value streams
- Process development for the new products and projects in the related field.
- Support of serial production for technical and quality related topics
- Development and Implementation of process improvements to achieve challenging quality, cost and functionality targets
- Support for start of production and ramp up of new lines and new products
- Responsibility and support for R&D-projects
Qualifications
- A Bs/Msc Degree in Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics engineering or having relevant engineering background.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and/or German
- Experience of working in machining processes (Turning, Milling, Drilling)
- At least 3 years experience in production, process development of machining processes or a comparable working area
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, capability analyses, result orientation and good communication skills
- Open mindset to work in an intercultural environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
- Open to travel abroad
- Willingness to improve him/herself about simulation tools, AI, deep learning, data analytics topics
