As a Process Design Expert you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and excellence for our internal processes. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, deep knowledge of BPM technologies and frameworks, and hands-on execution to ensure efficient business operations and continuous improvement.
Your innovative approach to redesigning workflows will target and eliminate inefficiencies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement aimed at boosting productivity and customer centricity while reducing costs. By offering project management support, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration between business processes, data, and IT systems, you enable transformation efforts, securing stakeholder buy-in through effective change management and communication strategies.

Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain process architecture, documentation (e.g. as-is and to-be process maps and narratives), and road maps for automation and improvement and justify opex investments
- In partnership with Business & Systems Analysis team, identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and technology integration to improve process efficiency.
- Collaborate with OECI leads, Business and Technology teams to implement technological solutions that enable and align with process enhancements.
- Designs/re-designs workflows and processes to eliminate bottlenecks, pain points, and waste to improve productivity, decision making, and the utilization of assets and resources.
- Conducts market research and analyses of solution alternatives, including cost-benefit, risks, issues, feasibility, and implementation schedule.
- Provides thought leadership to help employees and teams rethink how they do their work to improve customer service and reduce operational costs.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to understand current customer journeys, elicit requirements, streamline processes, improve access to information, and define business and technical needs.
- Provides project management support, including identification and management of project issues and risks, assistance with design mockups, leading functional teams, performing benchmark analyses, and analyzing project data.
- Develop change management plans to obtain buy in from users in the change.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of process modeling methodologies and process improvement concepts (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify process inefficiencies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional observation, analytical, numerical reasoning, business acumen and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational, written, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to interact with all levels of a client organization
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting to enhance the analysis process
- Flexible to work in a 11AM- 8PM IST time zone (as needed)
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or Masters in Business, Industrial Engineering or relevant field, MBA preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience as a Process Architect, Process Engineer, Business Process Consultant, or in a similar role.
- Experience leading teams in a similar environment.
- Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) software (e.g., Pega, Appian), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), Advanced BPM suites, AI-driven process automation tools
- Demonstrated experience of turning business use case and requirements to well architected processes and solutions
- Applied experience in designing processes and system integration projects including data analytics platforms (Tableau), Open AI, CRMs (Salesforce) and other enterprise applications.
- Track record of developing stakeholder relationships with a reputation for delivering a "best in class" end-to-end client experience, preferably in a business consulting (technology focus) environment
- Proven experience in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders with strong ability to establish relationships with peers virtually, across globally dispersed teams
