Responsibilities
- Coordinate systems value added projects
- Enter BOM components as well as intangible items required
- Purchase miscellaneous required components
- Work with Purchasing Associates
- Create OE’s for jobs that are not being managed through the normal fabrication process. i.e. VA-lite’s, HPU retrofits, etc.
- Set up kit records for repeat business
- Maintain Database (VA Entry Date, Due Date, Est. Ship Date)
- Maintain OE promised date in Trend
- Find alternative or substitutes for components with delivery issues.
- Create ECO’s on changes made to meet delivery, cost savings, incorrect or missing components.
- Back up both Production and Procurement Coordinator.
- Final cost all systems shipping in build center to assure quoting accuracy

- Education – Associates degree with fluid power focus preferred but not required.
- Experience – 3-5 years fluid power experience preferred.
- Computer Skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Access & Outlook) and Trend.
