Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live vessel, yard, and gate operations to ensure smooth execution and achievement of operational targets
- Execute and follow up on system-driven work instructions, ensuring continuity without operational stoppages
- Optimize deployment of container handling equipment (CHE) using planning tools and real-time adjustments
- Coordinate closely with RCC, quayside, and yard control teams to maximize productivity and flow
- Identify, manage, and resolve operational exceptions, including equipment or system-related stoppages
- Perform root cause analysis on operational failures and drive timely resolution with relevant stakeholders
- Support training and onboarding of new team members while ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to processes
What We Are Looking For:

- Hold a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Automation, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or a related field)
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly to operational exceptions
- Communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) within a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Show knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to safe working practices in operational environments
- Experience in automated production, manufacturing, or exposure to software development is considered an advantage
We are APM Terminals MedPort Tangier, one of the most advanced and efficient terminals in the global network. You will play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operational excellence within our Integrated Operations Center, supporting safe, reliable, and efficient cargo handling.
