PROCESS & CONTROL IMPROVEMENT ANALYST

Objetivo de la posicion:

Desarrollar de herramientas web con el fin de sistematizar y digitalizar los procesos de Admón & Supply Chain, creando aplicativos que generen valor agregado, garantizando la actualización, integridad y calidad de información para el apoyo oportuno y preciso en la toma de decisiones.

Principales funciones:

• Desarrollar herramientas WEB para optimizar y visualización de información a los distintos procesos de Admón & Supply Chain, siendo facilitadores de información para la elaboración de estrategias de negocio.
• Dar mantenimiento a las herramientas digitales desarrolladas para garantizar un servicio óptimo y disponibilidad
• Analizar las necesidades de visualización de información de Admón & Supply Chain con el objetivo de diseñar herramientas de visualización de dicha información clave para su uso.
• Automatizar tareas y digitalización de flujos manuales con el objetivo de aumentar la eficiencia, productividad y reducir costos operativos.
• Garantizar que cada área de Admón & Supply Chain utilice las herramientas de BI desarrolladas para mejorar la toma de decisiones.
• Gestionar las consultas y dar respuestas a las interrogantes sobre el uso de las herramientas de BI desarrolladas.
• Garantizar la integridad de la información con el correcto almacenamiento de la información recolectada junto con el equipo de DWH y BOC.
• Generar análisis preventivos con el objetivo de identificar riesgos y oportunidades en el negocio.
• Asegurar la disponibilidad de las herramientas BI y calidad de la información entregada.
• Supervisar el desarrollo de los proyectos y requerimientos de BI desarrollados en cada área de Admón & Supply Chain.
• Realizar capacitaciones periódicas a los usuarios para el uso correcto de las herramientas de BI con el objetivo de que se logren mejores análisis y resultados

Requisitos:

• Graduado de Ing. Sistemas , Lic. En Informática
• Experiencia en Desarrollo de proyectos WEB

Conocimientos Específicos:
1. Desarrollo en ambientes WEB
2. Java Script Avanzado, Jquery, Json HTM5, CCS,
3. Oracle Apex Avanzado, PL SQL
4. Tableau o Power BI Intermedio
