About the Role
Join our Global Expert Network and play a key role in the digital transformation of the Bosch Mobility Sector. We are revolutionizing intralogistics and demand processes through the migration to SAP S/4HANA. In this position, you will ensure lean operations and best-in-class standards across all Bosch Mobility entities.
Your contribution to something big:
- Shape Future Intralogistics Processes: Define and implement innovative intralogistics to demand processes as part of the S/4 transformation program. This includes creating workbooks, conducting testing, and releasing new processes and developments;
- Consultation & Training: Consult, train, and guide Bosch process experts and key users across different plants, supporting their transition from SAP R/3 to the new S/4HANA environment;
- Continuous Process Improvement: Provide ongoing support and consulting to enhance and optimize intralogistics processes post-go-live, ensuring sustained operational efficiency;
- Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Collaborate within a global network to drive cross-divisional solutions that prioritize user-friendliness and lean process design;
- Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead initiatives that contribute to Bosch Mobility’s digital transformation journey, fostering a more integrated intralogistics landscape.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of functional experience with SAP WM and/or EWM, including deep process knowledge, customizing, consulting, rollout experience, test management, and user support/training. Experience with warehouse management solutions in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Knowledge: Proficient in SAP WM/EWM and interface processes with connected areas. Strong analytical thinking and ability to design holistic, sustainable solutions. Project coordination skills, including managing multiple requirements and prioritizing activities.
- Languages: Excellent command of English.
- Personality: Self-organized, structured, responsible, and goal-oriented. Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Other Requirements: Willingness to travel.
