I’m Akvilė from the Learning & Competence Development team within Sales and we are looking for a colleague to shape and improve how learning operations, processes and tools enable sales teams to perform and grow.
This role focuses on exploring and applying automation and AI‑driven solutions across our team and sales training activities. You will work closely with our team and sales teams to continuously improve how learning is designed, delivered and scaled.
You don’t need to be an automation expert yet — curiosity, an analytical mindset, and a willingness to learn and improve ways of working matter most.
What you’ll do:
Review and automate sales learning‑related processes, reducing manual work
Explore and apply AI‑driven solutions
Work closely with trainers and internal teams to understand needs and translate them into practical improvements
Define KPIs, use data and insights to measure impact, and support data‑driven decisions
Continuously look for new methods, tools and ways of working to improve how learning is delivered and supported
What will help you succeed in this role
Experience in process improvement, automation, business analysis or similar roles (experience in learning or training environments is an advantage)
Background in sales, telco environment is a strong advantage
Hands‑on experience or strong interest in tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, or similar
Experience working with learning or business systems (Moodle, Workday, SAP CRM) is an advantage
Strong interest in automation, AI, and digital tools that improve efficiency
Analytical mindset and ability to see connections across processes, systems, and teams
Ability to work independently, take ownership and drive improvements forward
Proficiency in Lithuanian and English
