ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
We are looking for a Business Analyst Manager to lead a growing team of Business Analysts responsible for transforming the way our company operates. Your mission is to structure, analyze, and continuously improve our business processes across key functions such as Sales, Operations, and Customer Support.
As a manager, you’ll act as a strategic partner to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders—bringing structure to complexity, identifying root causes of inefficiencies, and driving change through clear documentation, actionable insights, and prioritized roadmaps. You’ll mentor and grow a team of analysts, ensuring their output aligns with company goals and delivers measurable impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Leadership & Development: Hire, coach, and manage a team of Business Analysts. Build a high-performing culture focused on learning, collaboration, and business impact.
- Process Analysis & Design: Lead the discovery, mapping, and redesign of business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a thought partner to leaders in Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Support. Help prioritize improvements aligned with company OKRs.
- Documentation & Requirements Gathering: Ensure the team delivers high-quality process documentation, business requirements, user stories, and operational playbooks.
- Project Oversight & Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are translated into implementation, and outcomes are tracked post-launch.
- Continuous Improvement: Define KPIs to measure the impact of changes. Foster a culture of iterative experimentation and insight-driven decision-making.
SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS ANALYST MANAGER CANDIDATES HAVE:
- 2+ years leading a team of Business Analysts or Process Improvement professionals
- 5+ years working in roles involving business process discovery, requirements gathering, or system integrations
- Experience in environments where business teams rely on platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, or NetSuite
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and align diverse perspectives into clear action plans
- Strong writing skills in English and comfort creating structured documents (flowcharts, BRDs, SOPs, etc.)
- Experience working in agile and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or related field

WORK MODEL:
This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. You’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
