Robotic Process Automation Engineer

Job Summary

The RPA Engineer (Fresh Graduate) supports the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions that enhance business processes and operational efficiency. This role provides opportunities to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment, contributing to projects that drive innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional managers and technical leads to define and maintain technical standards and guidelines.
• Assist in developing and maintaining automation solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in technical reviews and contribute to the improvement of solution quality and consistency.
• Support the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and tools.
• Follow established technical standards, best practices, and company policies.
• Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.
• Review and evaluate new technologies that may benefit current and upcoming projects.
• Participate in technical design reviews to ensure high-quality technical designs.
• Facilitate alignment of solutions within the overall technology strategy.
• Design solutions at the enterprise level with moderate guidance.
• Assure best practices are defined and followed.
• Drive consistency across applications and projects wherever possible.
• Act as an escalation point for technical issues and support.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, VBA) and a willingness to learn new technologies (Microsoft Power Platform).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Interested in automation, process improvement, and technology-driven solutions.
• Advanced design and architecture experience.
• Advanced skills with SQL, IIS, HTTP, and FTP.
• Experience in designing applications for automated production environments (preferred).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Team collaboration and effective communication.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Commitment to quality and compliance.
