About the RoleAs a Process Associate in the Sales Operations team, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of sales transactions, ensuring that our international sales teams (US/UK) have the operational support needed to close deals efficiently while maintaining perfect data integrity and financial compliance.
Responsibilities- Order-to-Cash Management: Process customer contracts, sales orders, and invoices according to established global sales operations procedures.
- CRM Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and deal information within the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), ensuring a "single source of truth" for the sales pipeline.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Proactively research and resolve billing or contract discrepancies between the sales team and the customer.
- Sales Support: Respond to inquiries from the global sales team regarding deal status, payment verification, and billing issues with professional urgency.
- Sales Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly sales reports and accounts receivable data to ensure all closed-won deals are correctly billed and collected.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company collection policies and revenue recognition standards.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of month-end sales performance reports and closing procedures.
- Experience: 4–5 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Accounts Receivable, or a Quote-to-Cash function.
- Offshore Expertise: Proven track record supporting US, UK, or other international sales territories, including an understanding of offshore billing and time-zone coordination.
- Technical Proficiency: * Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel is mandatory for data tracking).
- Experience with CRM platforms and an understanding of MDM solutions (a significant plus).
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Communication: Superior interpersonal skills to effectively bridge the gap between Sales, Finance, and the end customer.
