Process Associate

• Record data and data entry inputs.
• Taking existing data from a separate document and inputting it into Excel and other tools.
• Transferring data from an outside source and rebuilding it in Excel.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to categorize reports.
• Possess strong analytical skills to analyze the impact of decisions before execution; must be detailed oriented and thorough in work habits with an ability to multi-task.
• Automate manual data tasks through workflows and ETL packages.
• Follow guidance from senior team members to plan, deploy, and maintain critical business applications.
• Data engineering and manipulation of large data sets
• Create an Excel chart from worksheet data.
• Create a drop-down list of options in a cell, for easier data entry.
• Sort a list of text and/or numbers with minimal mistakes.
• Record and modify a simple Excel macro and use it to save time.
• Design and build a simple worksheet template.
• Effective quoting skills with minimal errors. 
• Highly efficient time management and organizational skills
• Proficient with advanced excel (VLOOKUP’s)
• Load files into database tables.
• Perform data quality checks on incoming and processed data.
• Design Excel templates to standardize data processing.
• Automate data process flows.
• Download data exports from external sources.
• Perform scheduled tasks to update applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
