Responsible for day to day-to-end review of AUTO IMS AP reports and analysis and also to ensure payments are made promptly and accurately and invoices processed accordance to the SLA. Facilitates issues resolutions or escalations to regional finance and front line offices for closure of issues. Reviews and processes invoices received from carriers which have variances to our transportation system (GTG) & SAP.

Work closely with AP Liaison in FMH, Carrier Relations and Operations to resolve issues on a timely basis.
Ensure the timely processing of carrier invoices. Review discrepancies arising from AP matching and work closely with Carrier Relations and Operations to resolve them.
To manage and work closely with the team to ensure completeness in report and completion of exception invoices.
Provide assistance and guidance to the team member to ensure KPIs are met and minimal disruption to operations.
Prepare weekly/ monthly / quarterly reports to support stakeholders & mgmt review and analysis
Responsible in processing of invoices in GTG & Review transportation system for loads not paid and obtain invoice for payment
Reviews carrier statements for unpaid invoices
Identifies discrepancies (e.g. differences in rates, FSC and accessorial issues, change in routing and unknown load) arising from AP matching & Ensure the timely processing of carrier invoices.
Manages and works closely with the AP Liaison in FMH, Carrier Relations and Operations to ensure completeness in report and completion of exception invoices
Ensures an up-to-date knowledge transfer documentations are maintained for ease of reference and access
Participates in continues improvement activities and suggest ways to better streamline and improve the processes
Ensures internal controls and process improvement are in place within own scope of work
Undertakes any ad-hoc duties / projects (including backup team member’s daily tasks during short period of absence) as assigned from time to time Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, and Professional Degree in Business Administration/Business Management/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience and able to work well with the team in a fast paced MNC environment
Meticulous and familiar with Account payable entry knowledge
A pro-active team player with strong sense of accountability and able to work independently to meet KPIs under pressure and tight deadlines
Good communications skills with a good command of English for effective communication with stakeholders overseas
Good data analytical skills and able to handle high volume transaction review with attention to details and organized
Computer literate and competent in Microsoft office especially Excel. Preferably have experience in SAP or other ERP finance accounting system
Skills Required
- Diploma, postgraduate diploma, or professional degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent
- At least 2–4 years of relevant work experience
- Accounts payable entry knowledge
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multinational corporate environment
- Strong accountability and ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and command of English
- Good data analytical skills and attention to detail when reviewing high-volume transactions
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
