Job Responsibilities:
What you can expect
- Coordinate the Global Engineering processes development for the designated process areas as needed
- Collaborate with the Engineering Methods and Tools for standardization
- Process improvement - improvement requests, quality findings
- Accountable for PA leads and their respective areas deliverables in concordance to defined deliverables
- Supports on GEP communication sessions and deployment
- PI Planning outputs (with process leads)
- Drive and improve collaboration, improvements, throughout GEP organization
- Support process area deliverables
- Participation of global workshops and working groups with key stakeholders
- Coordination of project management activities
- Guide process leads in management of user stories in Codebeamer
- Support internal/ external audits
- Propose opportunities for improvements

- Other process areas and process area leads as needed
- Methods and Tools group
- Product Areas
- Agile Program Management Office
What you'll bring
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
- 3-5 years previous experience
- Ability to effectively communicate with a broad range of stakeholders
- Interpersonal/ networking skills, communicative and engaging leader
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Open-minded to new processes and changes
- English, advanced level
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (MS Excel; MS PowerPoint; MS Power BI)
- Codebeamer and Stages knowledge
- Project management certification is preferred
