We are looking for a highly driven and motivated Process and Systems Associate Manager to join our team in delivering process and systems improvements for supply chain operations, performing regular duties as part of Centre of Excellence (COE) team.
As the Associate Manager, you are comfortable translating business requirements into solutions underpinned by best practices, automation, and simplification, where advanced system capabilities play an integral role in our business success. You are also passionate about supply chain operations, with a keen eye for detail and modern tech stacks to achieve the right business outcomes.
About the roleAs part of the Global Supply Chain Process and Systems team, the role works closely with the business users and other stakeholders to support process and system redesign and optimisation i.e. help the company improve how things are done and upgrade the tools they use so everything runs more efficiently.
This is a global role and is expected to be very autonomous in supporting and working with teams to deliver solutions.
Key responsibilities
Support Process & Systems to perform problem investigation, evaluation, and solution implementation.
Support end-to-end process management by working alongside with the cross functional teams to drive process and system improvements.
Organise and facilitate regular team meetings to review project progress, discuss issues, and align on next steps for supply chain initiatives.
Information and data gathering on system pain points, work with users on problem statements and value identification.
Carry out system evaluation including industry research as required.
Participate and support implementation activities including documentation e.g. use cases and user stories, process design, system specifications, preparation of workplan, work packages, capturing minutes as well as follow-up actions with the assigned owners.
Map/ update current business process in SAP Signavio/ Visio documents.
Create/ update the RACI charts, process documentation e.g. business requirement definitions, process catalogue, process specifications.
Create/ update the process and systems onboarding documentation.
Support the on-going run of ERP systems including troubleshooting, perform root-cause analysis, incident resolutions, enhancement, and testing activities e.g. S/4, Ariba.
Presenting system incidents and resolutions to key stakeholders.
Produce regular key performance indicator reporting, track, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of supply chain processes and system utilisation.
About you
Tertiary education in supply chain management, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably have worked in the Multinational Corporation (MNC) or Consulting background.
Good experience in documentation, mapping of the business processes, understanding the process hierarchy, including dependencies across processes and systems.
Preferably proficiency in SAP MM, Signavio, SAP Ariba or any other ERP systems.
Strong experience in project delivery lifecycle, understanding key stages of required work and activities i.e. requirement gathering.
Demonstrated ability to work with the cross-functional teams, including IT, business process owners, and other stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-driven with the ability to offer solutions to problems.
Proven experience in change management initiatives and collaborating with IT teams to deploy technology solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to end-users and other stakeholders. Hands-on experience with MS excel, power point and MS office suites.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
