Process and Project Management Supervisor
Purpose:
The role is in charge of managing the project during the creation of the North America Business Center (BC) in Mexico. Supporting the Project Leader as well as the Mexico CEO. As the operations of the Business Center ramp up, this position is in charge of:
Responsibilities:
Establish relevant KPIs to monitor and improve the performance of the business center. Create standard dashboards (in conjunction with F&C) in order to create transparency in the region regarding the performance and result of continuous improvement efforts within the Business Center and the Mexican Operation.
Create a framework of continuous improvement (CI) through Lean / Six Sigma methodology. Ensure enough members in the various teams are trained with such methodology and successfully develop initiatives to drive CI.
Lead project portfolio management for the BC, ensuring projects are properly planned and executed, and managing conflicting priorities and resources to ensure project pipeline is coordinated and aligned with the overall NA Regional Strategy.
Responsible to establish individual training curricula for each position within the BC in coordination with each functional head. Ensure these plans are relevant, updated, available, and monitor the implementation of each training as part of the BC KPIs.

Bachelor`s Degree in Finance, Economy, Engineering, or related.
