The Team
The EMEA Master Data team sits within the Digital Wholesale Selling, GTM & Operations pillar of the Commercial Operations department. The team collaborates with all Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein global departments, European hubs, local operational teams, and with IT to streamline tools and processes across brands. We serve as a critical link between global and regional (EMEA) processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and profitability across the organization.
The Commercial Operations department serves as the strategic and operational backbone that connects EMEA commercial hubs with Global teams and processes. It plays a critical role in driving business alignment, operational efficiency, and digital transformation across multiple commercial channels.
The Position
As a Process Analyst Product data within the EMEA Master Data team, you will lead and support cross-functional projects of medium complexity, aimed at supporting and optimizing product master data processes. Your primary focus will be on article master data and related operations, while also contributing to a broader range of processes involving Licensee style creation, merchandising, sales readiness, and master data governance.
This role requires close collaboration with IT and business teams across the EMEA region, particularly in relation to systems such as SAP FMS, PIM & MDM Data Enrichment platforms, and Sales Readiness Reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and coordinate cross-functional projects driven by the EMEA Master Data team, with a focus on article master creation, sales price creation, and sales tool readiness.
Provide subject matter expertise and operational support for projects initiated by other departments, particularly in the areas of product and article master processes.
Analyze, monitor, and continuously improve cross-brand processes related to material creation, sales preparation, and buying activities (e.g., SAP FMS, Data Enrichment, Sales Readiness Reporting).
Propose, and assist in implementation of, standardized processes across EMEA to drive brand alignment, reduce complexity, and ensure compliance with the seasonal calendar.
Collaborate closely with other EMEA Master Data team members to ensure end-to-end process consistency across systems and applications.
Work in partnership with IT teams and participate in relevant business-technology initiatives.

Measures of Success
Timely and consistent delivery of product & Pricing projects and support topics
Supporting follow up of the master data readiness report and propose improvements
Efficiency improvements in the area of sales tool population support
Strong internal stakeholder satisfaction (e.g. Merch Ops, sales, Digital)
Successful collaboration with teams within Commercial Operations in the area of article master and sales tool population
Recognition of high priority challenges and escalation through Manager, EMEA Master Data -Product & Pricing
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor/Master degree
3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in the fashion/retail industry or in a consulting environment
Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven ability to understand, map, and optimize complex business processes.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); experience with SAP and PIM systems is a strong plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
Motivated, ambitious, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, seasonal business environment.
Proactive “can-do” attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with agility
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
