We are seeking a skilled Process Analyst / Process Improvement Specialist with experience in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to support the development of process maps for critical business functions. This role will be responsible for creating clear, accurate, and detailed BPMN-based process diagrams and collaborating with cross-functional teams to draft Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) based on these diagrams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed process maps and diagrams for critical processes using BPMN standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze data on business processes, identify critical functions, and document workflows.
- Translate process maps into actionable content, guiding teams in drafting comprehensive Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to BPMN best practices in all process documentation.
- Work cross-functionally to review and refine process maps and continuity plans, aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on analysis and stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with BPMN for process mapping and diagram creation.
- Strong understanding of business continuity planning and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with various departments and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with business continuity planning in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Familiarity with business continuity and process mapping tools.
Duration of Contract: 4-6 months
Estimated hourly compensation: $30.00 - $60.00
