Wells Fargo is seeking a Procedure Writing Coordinator to be part of our Global Payments & Liquidity operations. The role is responsible for composing and formatting web content, materials, manuals and documentation in accordance with WF standards and brand while collaborating with clients or business subject matter experts to understand business changes and audience needs.
In this role, you will:
- Interact with assigned technical writer to identify and review wide range of information to include the list of requests in the functional request site
- Draft, edit, and format basic to moderately complex manuals, projects, and other process documentation; draft and edit basic web content; edit and reformat copy and ensure documentation is in compliance with corporate standards
- Support and assure functional request forms have the necessary information from the content manager
- Fill out functional forms with dates and update status as needed
- Perform moderately complex transcriptions text needed and apply the requested properties for the content item in appropriate system; review the content items and apply changes to ensure that they are consistent with guidelines
- Communicate feedback, in writing, to content managers for any edits; provide updates to content managers concerning the status of their request via email
- Improve processes and standards on a continued basis
- Research and translate technical information for technical and non-technical users
- Follow established guidelines for organization and design of work
- 2+ years of procedure writing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- College graduate of any course, preferably Communications related
- With at least (2) years professional experience in procedure or technical writing.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Preferably with Intermediate to advanced MS Excel Skills as this role will also require pulling reports into MS Excel format with basic analysis and research
- Applicants must be willing to work on US or night shift
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, weekend off
- Applicants must be amenable to work on PH holidays
- Applicants must be willing to work onsite, 5/NEO, BGC, Taguig City
