• Call, and holiday rotation

• The Procedural Lead assists in operations including helping set up the operating suite and maintaining the sterile field, transporting patients to surgery, and assisting with procedures.

• This position provides professional care for patients under the supervision of the provider and educates patients on procedures and follow up care.

• The Procedural Lead is the designates specialty area expert and functions as a liaison between staff, and providers. Ensuring all preference cards are maintained. 

• The position assists in the orientation and continuing education of other staff in the perioperative area by assisting with the implementation of all policies and procedures for designated specialty area. 

• Working with vendors to ensure specialty items are available for surgery, acquire quotes for new equipment. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

                    OR

Registered Nurse with Active Indiana License

2 Years of Operating Room Experience Required
