Proactive Monitoring Analyst - Data Quality

• Research and identify data quality issues to support the Data Validation Monitoring Program.

• Maintain a consistent case load.

• Lead data quality activities that impact verifiers and employers.

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide client consulting and support for data solutions.

• Research, coordinate, and execute the transfer of new data feeds or data corrections with clients, and analyze data to initiate, test, and implement resolutions throughout the data journey, including test and production environments.

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Equifax Workforce Solutions, to ensure effective communication and collaboration

• Liaison with technology, product, sales, operations, legal, and business teams regarding all products, enhancements, and migrations to ensure business readiness.

• Advocate team goals and corporate values.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with internal Equifax Workforce Solutions clients, ensuring business readiness and coordinating with cross-functional teams (technology, product, sales, operations, legal, and business) on product, enhancement, and migration initiatives.

• Handle larger/more complex/at risk client projects/cases.

• Assist with special Proactive Initiative and Compliance projects as needed.

• Assist in performing application testing during upgrades/promotions.

• Serve as backup to Team Leads on escalations for high profile data quality issues.

• Leverage automation and cloud-based tooling to both develop new proactive data monitoring processes and procedures and drive overall process improvements.

• Develop operational KPIs that provide insight into data enhancement opportunities and trends to help determine future controls and conditions

• Be obsessive about data and the data quality of all EWS data assets.

What experience you need

• 6+ years of experience working in Data Quality

• Thorough understanding of the applications for which the team utilizes

• High performance track record
