PRO Pricing Analyst

Purpose:

his position reports to the PRO and Commercial Contract Manager. The PRO Pricing Analyst is responsible for studying and supporting the retail stores’ PRO pricing strategy. Their duties include maintaining and contributing to a pricing strategy set in collaboration with the Merchant teams, processing and documenting pricing requests from stores, and partnering with various teams to help close sales.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Must have prior sales or analyst experience
• Ability to listen actively and show empathy to customer’s concerns
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written)
• Ability to prioritize work efforts and has strong attention to detail
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc...)
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations
• Demonstrate and understand compliance of the company’s safety processes
• Act and work in a manner consistent with the company’s core values

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist stores with pricing decisions while maintaining profitability for the company
• Manage email and phone requests for pricing from store teams
• Track and report all pricing decisions to the designated leadership group
• Execute the pricing strategy set by the Merchant team
• Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately documenting in Salesforce as required
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new pricing, services, and policies
• Multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements

Working Conditions (travel & environment)

• This role is based in the Store Support Center in Atlanta, GA
• Limited car/desk travel required
