In this Pro Artistry role, you will be responsible for artistry events and lead Hourglass artistry across Europe, elevating artistry skill, driving sales, and igniting passion for Hourglass Cosmetics. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate Make-Up Artist and confident educator to help develop and execute artistry focused masterclasses, press & influencer events, and brand events. This position requires outstanding artistry skills, a strong commercial mindset, and well-established artistry expertise in luxury beauty brands. It is critical for the candidate to have luxury brand artistry aesthetic, brand ambassador experience, highly poised, articulate, and polished on camera presence, superior attention to detail, and a passion for developing and growing team skills.
WHAT YOU DO:
- Act as the ultimate brand ambassador bringing the brand’s artistry, voice, and luxury approach, to Europe
- Artistry point person and liaison between EU market & global head office teams to share & advise on in-market artistry trends, consumer behavior, and service experience opportunities.
- Serve as an artistry ambassador for the brand, hosting dynamic press, influencer, and store-level events.
- Partner with Hourglass Education, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and campaigns.
- Drive retail sales by supporting key doors across the region.
- Achieve personal sales goals during store events and VIP masterclasses.
- Support various developmental high-level training for our field and store teams in partnership with our Global Artistry Team.
- Facilitate training and assessments to grow the artistry skillset of our teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years' experience in a lead artistry role within the beauty industry.
- Extensive experience hosting events
- Deep understanding of the current beauty industry trends, artistry techniques, and looks.
- Excellent project management skills, ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet competing deadlines; maintain creative and active problem solving to drive on time and quality delivery for all projects and partner with various levels in the organization.
- Effective communicator, strong relationship-building skills and proven record of cross-functional partnerships.
- Thrive in an environment that is fast paced, rapidly changing and able to handle multiple priorities while meeting objectives, works well under pressure.
- Flexibility to travel regularly across different locations in Europe.
- French and English mandatory, a third language would be highly appreciated
