We are seeking an experienced PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for RNs who enjoy flexibility and autonomy while working in a collaborative and fast-paced GI setting.

Opportunity to build long-term PRN relationship with a respected GI practice
- Provide exceptional nursing care before, during, and after procedures
- Admit, assess, and educate patients prior to procedures
- Prepare procedure rooms and assist physicians during endoscopy procedures
- Monitor patient vitals and recovery post-procedure
- Provide discharge instructions and patient education to patients and families
- Accurately document patient information and clinical updates
- Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations, including respiratory or cardiac events
- Assist with patient transport and clinic flow as needed
- Support daily clinic operations, including cleaning, wrapping, and sterilizing equipment
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in CO
- BLS & ACLS certification required
- Previous experience in GI, surgery center, PACU, critical care, or procedural settings preferred
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
- Proficiency in MS Excel, electronic health systems and databases. such as EPIC, required
- Knowledge of GCP, federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA policies and procedures.
