Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time, Private Residence Receptionist.

We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.
Hourly Wage: $24.00 - $25.00
What you will do
Are you excited about delivering a personalized level of service to each and every guest? This position may be the perfect fit for you! This position is broad and encompasses the entire resident experience from making initial reservations while staying in line with the rental property agreement, welcoming owners back to the location, making arrangements for day trips, transportation, and restaurant reservations etc. All while providing a timely and exceptional level of service.
What you bring
A minimum of 1 year of front office or related experience is preferred.
Ability to multi-task while remaining calm.
Knowledge of Whistler is helpful.
Knowledge of Opera is preferred.
Great attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in Canada.

Schedule & Hours:
As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Private Residence Receptionist to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
