Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer RFxs to build a competitive technical and commercial solution in close cooperation with Sales.
  • Assist Sales team to promote Athonet solutions portfolio.
  • Deliver technical pre-sales customer presentations and able to showcase the product capabilities both remotely or at customer premises.
  • Balance and prioritize customer requirements to guide product development teams.
  • Capture market dynamics, follow competition offer and interface with product management to improve product.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, computer science, engineering or related field of study. MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
  • 10+ years of work experience in related field.
  • 5+ years experience in pre-sales activities: building customer confidence, addressing technical concerns, and winning sales opportunities.
  • Technical understanding and knowledge of both telecom and IT/cloud native markets. 5G Core and RAN knowledge and experience required. Knowledge of Athonet solution is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Industry Standards such as 3GPP and ETSI.
  • International business experience across multiple markets

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong track record of leading and winning key sales cases through technology
  • Extensive team skills and ability to drive/influence cross functional work through others. Ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects.
  • Demonstrated success in cost efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation, and analysis.
  • Strong technical understanding and knowledge of the telecom industry; particularly 5G
  • Advanced experience participating in and leading solution configurations and the creation of demos and proofs-of-concept (POC) to meet customer requirements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced understanding of the company portfolio of products, software, services, solution domain specialization, adjacent solution domain(s), and how they can be combined to address customer needs.
  • Demonstrates advanced discussion and persuasion skills used to support company point-of-view, while respectfully questioning and challenging proposed solutions.
  • International Travel required.
