Job Description
We are searching for a Senior Private Markets Product Specialist to help drive innovation across the region, as part of our global network.

Main responsibilities
- Accountable for driving a strategic and hands-on distribution effort across our private markets solutions, focusing on EFG’s in-house private markets program and product suite of perpetual/evergreen funds
- Partner with Client Relationship Officers (CROs), Investment Counsellors (ICs) and their clients to increase overall allocations to the asset class
- Responsible for impactful and tailor-made marketing content for in-person and written presentations, both internally and for our global client base
- Foster the ongoing development of our private markets franchise by identifying client demands and trends to shape our future product offering
- Design educational initiatives to drive asset class-specific learning excellence and impact across various stakeholder groups within EFG
Skills and experience
- 5+ years working experience in distribution and/or sales within the private markets industry, preferably focused on global private wealth clients
- For senior-level role: 10+ years of relevant working experience required
- Ambitious and self-motivation personality with the ability to work in a target driven high-performance culture while maintaining “down-to-earth” attitude
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an enthusiastic, flexible and hands-on approach
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese beneficial)
- Master’s degree in Finance or similar and further professional qualifications (CFA, CAIA, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create impactful client-facing marketing material
