Private Debt Credit Analyst

Main Tasks:

Support the Credit Management function within SPG PDF, assisting our permanent Analyst, with the following main tasks:

• Review of assets (leveraged loans), including review of investment memos and production of synthetic summaries and/or lists of questions.
• Participation in virtual meetings with clients regarding asset performance.
• Completion of internal rating forms in a relevant manner.
• Assistance in preparing the quarterly review of assets and facilities, including data aggregation and analysis, creation of PowerPoint presentations with tables/graphs.
• Review of client reporting during the life of the facilities, under the supervision of the Credit Management Analyst.
• Assistance in producing responses to internal requests, including research and synthesis of internal and external data.
• Through data production and analysis, assistance in controlling and/or monitoring parameters and results (P&L, financing costs, capital utilization) produced by internal functions and SPM.
• Credit Analysis of Leveraged Loans made to Corporates. 
• Completion of internal rating forms.
• Preparing quarterly and annual reviews of assets and financing facilities.
• Review of client reporting.

Technical skills:

• 3-5 years of professional experience with specific credit analysis skills, including leveraged companies: analysis of financial data, ability to estimate the credit quality of a company in various sectors.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, to ensure precise and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to synthesize information quickly.
• If possible, an understanding of the principles of operation within a banking organization.
• Computer skills and a good knowledge of standard software, Microsoft Office, particularly developed skills in Excel. If possible, experience with external software (e.g. Dealogic, Bloomberg, Intex).       
• Bachelor Graduate (Management or Business School or Engineering School with specialization in Finance).
• Credit Analysis.

• Private Debt, Private Equity, Structured Finance, Securitization and Debt instruments.
