We are currently looking for a Roadshow & Executive Coordinator to join the Private Funds Group in Private Capital Advisory team in New York City.
This role will lead the coordination and execution of GP fundraising roadshows and provide Executive Assistant coverage as needed. The ideal candidate has prior experience within a placement agent, private equity firm, investment bank, or alternative asset managers, and understands the cadence, urgency, and confidentiality required in institutional fundraising. This is a high-visibility, client-facing role requiring strong judgement, discretion and the ability to operate independently.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Coordinate domestic and international GP fundraising roadshows
- Manage LP meeting scheduling across multiple time zones
- Liaise with LP offices, GP clients and internal deal teams
- Maintain and update CRM (DealCloud or equivalent)
- Track meeting confirmations, follow-ups
- Manage travel logistics (air, hotel, ground transportation)
- Prepare detailed roadshow itineraries
- Coordinate conference participation and investor events
- Calendar management for senior deal teams
- Expense reporting, travel booking and logistics support
- Coordinate internal meetings and materials
- Ad hoc projects and other work as assigned
Qualifications include:
- 3-7 years of experience in placement agent platform, private equity firm, investment banking group or alternative asset manager
- Direct experience coordinating fundraising roadshows
- Familiarity with LP ecosystem (e.g. pensions, endowments, consultants, family offices)
- Proficiency with CRM systems (DealCloud strongly preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage competing priorities with urgency
- Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented, organized, pro-active, intellectual curiosity, and an ability to thrive in a high energy, dynamic environment

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
