Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Client Support:

  • Assist in preparing client presentations and financial reports.
  • Support the team in managing client inquiries and requests.
  • Help maintain and update client records and databases.


Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to support investment strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial models and projections.


Administrative Tasks:

  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.


Project Participation:

  • Collaborate on special projects and initiatives aimed at improving client services and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.


Learning and Development:

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
