Are you ready to define the digital voice of the world's premier global private bank? We're seeking an inspired Content Design Strategist to join our team and shape the future of how we communicate, connect, and engage with prospects and clients in our authenticated experiences. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of crafting the tone, voice, and UX writing for brand new digital experiences - setting the gold standard for clarity, warmth, and sophistication in private banking.
As a champion of content excellence, you'll collaborate with talented product designers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to architect a content strategy that elevates every touchpoint. Your vision and expertise will be crucial in building a platform that resonates with our clients and prospects, now and as we continue to scale the digital experience.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Establish and refine the tone, voice, and UX writing guidelines for our authenticated client and prospect experiences, driving innovation and excellence in every word.

  • Create, document, and maintain content standards, messaging frameworks, and UX copy that set the benchmark for our brand.

  • Lead the UX writing of new and existing digital experiences, ensuring best practices are adhered to, driving consistency, quality, accessibility and impact across our platforms.

  • Collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to bring new experiences to life and ensure seamless integration of content strategy.

  • Advocate for clarity, consistency, accessibility, and inclusive language, ensuring every product delivers an exceptional user experience.

  • Present and articulate content decisions to cross-functional teams and leadership, sharing your creative vision and rationale.

  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform ongoing improvements and keep our content strategy evolving.

  • Set the bar for content quality, usability, and accessibility in every message and interaction.

  • Ensure all content complies with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Understand the complexities of localizing content for a global audience.

  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in content strategy, UX writing, and digital communication.

  • Contribute to a culture of learning, mentorship, and content excellence within the organization.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
  • 6+ years of experience in digital content creation, with a focus on UX writing, content design, and copywriting, including leadership roles in managing large-scale content projects.

  • A bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Design, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.

  • Proven excellence in writing, editing, and communication skills, with a strategic approach and attention to detail.

  • Ability to synthesize complex, interdependent, and sometimes competing needs into cohesive content solutions for data-dense, high-touch experiences.

  • Strong skills in crafting tone, voice, and messaging for enterprise platforms, with specific experience in developing content guidelines from the ground up.

  • Familiarity with Figma and other design tools with a track record of integrating these tools into content initiatives.

  • Experience with accessibility, inclusive design, and localization, demonstrating a commitment to creating content that meets diverse user needs globally.

  • Ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and leadership.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence for fostering stakeholder relationships and navigating dynamics of a large team.

  • A strong understanding of the financial services and the investments industry, or the ability to learn and master this area. Ideally additional experience in the luxury space or writing content for high-net-worth individuals.
