Within the Legal team, you will contribute to strengthening Costa’s privacy culture and governance, making data protection a true business enabler and a driver of trust across functions and geographies.
Privacy Governance & Compliance
Ensure alignment with GDPR and applicable regulations across Headquarters and markets, supporting the evolution of privacy frameworks, processes, and controls in a dynamic, multi-country environment.
Data Mapping, Risk & Operational Support
Maintain records of processing activities (ROPA), monitor data flows, and partner with business functions to identify, assess, and mitigate privacy risks—translating regulatory requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
Privacy by Design & Stakeholder Collaboration
Promote a privacy-by-design mindset, working closely with the DPO, Legal, IT, and business teams to embed data protection principles into projects, systems, and day-to-day operations.
What makes you unique
- Solid experience in privacy, data protection, or compliance roles, ideally in international or complex organizations
- Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection frameworks; ability to apply that knowledge pragmatically in business contexts
- Hands-on experience in data mapping, ROPA management, and privacy governance processes
- Ability to translate legal requirements into practical, business-oriented solutions
- Stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Legal, IT, and business teams
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
