Join our team as a Privacy Operations Analyst in Home Lending wherein you will be an integral part of our organization's privacy management environment, responsible for ensuring compliance and efficiency in privacy request workflows. You will play a crucial role in overseeing, monitoring, and supporting Data Privacy Products to ensure they align with internal standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
As a Privacy Operations Analyst within our Privacy Compliance and Controls team, you will collaborate closely with Privacy Legal to ensure the quality, completeness, and accuracy of our privacy processes. Your contributions will uphold the integrity of our privacy operations and significantly influence our adherence to global privacy standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviews and fulfills each request received via mail, email, and from different lines of business (LOB).
- Conducts thorough research on each case to ensure accurate and timely responses.
- Follows documented policies and procedures to identify, evaluate, and resolve issues of high complexity.
- Reviews investigations in the System of Record and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to operating procedures and policies under regular supervision.
- Prepares trend analysis, metrics documentation, and reports.
- Conducts activities independently to ensure production, systems, processes, or projects meet defined standards.
- Analyzes results, identify root causes, and suggest solutions to problems, identifying improvement opportunities to prevent defects either proactively or post-production.
- May support small projects with a defined scope.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of relevant privacy laws, regulations, and industry standards that impact the organization. This includes the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines efficiently and attentive to details, precision in analyzing data and ensuring accuracy in reports and findings.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data privacy tools and software, such as Excel, Word, Privacy Applications, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex data insights to managers/stakeholders through proposed solutions.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of the privacy industry and business context to provide relevant and actionable insights.
- Research Skills: Ability to gather information from various sources and synthesize it to support analysis and decision-making. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management to gather data requirements and deliver insights.
