Who we are?

InfoTrack is a leading SaaS technology innovator that is helping a range of professionals, businesses and individuals in a digital age. We care about what we do and the people we work with. We partner with our clients to identify their challenges and constantly look for ways to evolve our products to maximise their impact.

The Role

The Privacy Specialist will support the operation and continual improvement of InfoTrack's privacy management and fraud management capabilities across all products. This role will be a key driver in the execution of our strategic compliance and accreditation initiatives specifically where a mature fraud management capability is required.

The role also supports the implementation, uplift and maintenance of Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM) controls across in-scope systems, helping prepare InfoTrack for independent security assessment (e.g. IRAP) and remediating findings to achieve and sustain the required security classification (e.g. PROTECTED).

About you

You’re a privacy and risk professional who likes to get stuck in, solve problems and make things happen. You’ll bring strong experience across privacy with the confidence to challenge, influence and work closely with Product, Technology, Security and Legal teams.

You’re commercially minded, highly analytical and comfortable navigating complexity, but you’re equally happy rolling up your sleeves to build processes, investigate issues and drive improvements. If you’re looking for a role where you can shape and mature a growing privacy, fraud and security capability, not just maintain one, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support accreditation and regulatory compliance by maintaining privacy and fraud evidence, documentation, sign-off records and assurance materials.
  • Support the day-to-day privacy management framework, including APPs/ISO 27701-aligned processes, PIA support, ROPA maintenance and privacy incident triage.
  • Support privacy-by-design by reviewing product and platform changes, monitoring consent, data minimisation and disclosure requirements, and escalating risks.
  • Support the fraud management framework, including fraud risk assessments, control plans, incident investigation, record-keeping and regulatory information sharing.
  • Develop privacy and fraud awareness, reporting and governance materials, including metrics, training content and annual compliance reporting.
  • Maintain PIMS/PCMG and FCMS/FCMG documentation and tooling, while partnering with Legal, Compliance, Security, GRC and Product/Development teams to embed privacy and fraud controls.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Privacy & Fraud: Proven experience operating privacy management and fraud control functions, including PIA, data breach response and relevant frameworks such as GDPR, APPs, ISO 27701 and AS 8001.
  • Regulatory & Risk: Strong understanding of Australian privacy, fraud, risk and security obligations, including the ISM, PSPF, ISO 31000 and Three Lines Model.
  • Management Systems: Experience implementing, operating and continuously improving management-system processes such as PIMS and FCMS, rather than policy development alone.
  • Product & Governance: Ability to assess product/platform changes for regulatory and compliance impacts and contribute effectively to broader group governance frameworks.
  • Stakeholder & Commercial Skills: Strong stakeholder management, analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to navigate complex businesses and work autonomously.
  • Delivery & Development: Comfortable as a hands-on individual contributor, delivering multi-stream projects to tight deadlines, with IAPP certification/membership and Vanta experience desirable.
