We are seeking a Privacy Business Analyst & Project Coordinator to provide direct support to our Privacy Product Owner in organizing and driving privacy initiatives in Gameloft. This role combines business analysis with operational project management, focused on helping structure information, turn ideas and requirements into clear action plans, operational follow-up across multiple projects, ensuring privacy requirements are well integrated into our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Privacy Product Owner in reviewing privacy initiatives, gathering information, and structuring them into clear project plans
• Maintain structured documentation of requirements, action items, and decisions
• Coordinate operational follow-up with teams, ensuring tasks move forward and reporting back on progress
• Help prepare summaries, reports, and updates for the Privacy Product Owner and stakeholders
• Track timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple initiatives to keep projects organized
• Provide ad hoc research, analysis, and documentation to support decision-making
• Assist in defining and reviewing testing approaches to verify privacy compliance
• Provide input on gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities to improve how privacy is integrated into products and workflows

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized with a collaborative mindset
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to grasp technical concepts and explain them in a simplified format
• Experience with project coordination, business analysis, or similar support functions
• Familiarity with privacy/data protection topics is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Previous experience in Gameloft is a huge asset
