Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) to identify, evaluate, and address the privacy risks of projects and initiatives, ensuring that appropriate safeguards are in place and compliance with privacy regulations is achieved.

Ensure data privacy policies are implemented throughout the product lifecycle.

Assist in the development and implementation of Privacy-Enhancing Technologies (PETs) to reduce data exposure and improve data security.

Monitor and evaluate performance metrics related to privacy and data protection, making recommendations for improvements and updates as necessary.

Conduct Artificial Intelligence (AI) Risk Assessments to identify potential risks associated with AI systems, including but not limited to privacy, regulatory, and ethical risks, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

Continuously monitor emerging technologies and industry developments to assist in the development of policies that strengthen privacy measures and ensure compliance.

Draft, review and/or assess data processing agreements and privacy-related contractual clauses.

Champion Privacy by Design (PbD) principles by promoting proactive privacy measures and ensuring they are integrated into all aspects of technology development and implementation.
