We are looking for a ERP & Information Systems Manager to lead end-to-end technological and business projects within the Priority ERP environment. The role
includes requirements gathering, system analysis, process implementation, interface management, go-live support, and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-organizational Priority ERP projects from initiation through full implementation
- Write functional and technical specifications for business processes, reports, interfaces, and workflows
- Configure and implement processes across Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Service modules
- Manage interfaces with development teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Provide user support and training, including documentation.
- Drive continuous process improvement and evaluate complementary technologies.
- Own Data Governance and internal controls (SOX compliance), including data integrity, access management, and audit trails
- Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management (Information Systems) or Information Systems / Computer Science – mandatory
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience implementing and leading Priority ERP projects – mandatory
- Strong understanding of Finance and Logistics processes, including familiarity with BOM and manufacturing processes
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Technologically oriented, fast learner, and service minded
- Good English (reading and writing) – mandatory
Nice to Have:
- Experience writing SQL queries
- Experience with Priority development tools
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and CRM systems (Salesforce/Dynamics)
- Experience with APIs, file-based integrations, and AI tools for business process improvement
- Experience working in multi-company / multi-currency environments
- Experience with PLM, Monday.com, and system integrations
- Experience in a consulting or project-based company
Skills Required
