What you'll do:
The Print Room Operator is essential to Bolton DC Operations. A successful candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. This role demands the ability to manage tight timelines, flexibility, and quick adaptation to changing priorities.
The Print Room Operator will handle daily production schedule printing, including labels for all DC areas and shipping schedules. Responsibilities include:
- Print, separate, sort and wrap daily production filling labels
- Print Shipping & Trailer Cube schedules
- Troubleshooting technical/system issues
- Performing basic printer maintenance
- Ordering labels from external vendors
- Creating DC stationary using LabelView software
- Printing, sorting, and maintaining DC stationery levels
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
What you bring:
- Ability to lift boxes up to 20-30 lbs. intermittently
- Capability to work under minimal supervision
- Focus and motivation for repetitive tasks
- Knowledge of DCCS and Bolton DC areas
- Multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Employee file in good standing
- Flexible and available to work 40 hours/week (5 x 8-hour shifts, 10am to 6pm approximately, Mon-Fri. Possible OT required).
The compensation for this role is Warehouse Level 1 and the successful applicant will be compensated at that rate, including existing employees.
