The Digital Print Production Center Specialist plays a key role in producing and managing a high volume of printed materials for both internal teams and external clients. This position blends technical print operations with administrative coordination to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality output. The ideal candidate is experienced in digital printing, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Primary ResponsibilitiesProduction Operations

Operate and maintain digital color presses (Canon imagePRESS, Konica Minolta) and wide-format printers.

Use a range of finishing and bindery equipment—cutters, folders, coil binders, booklet makers, inserters, and tabbers—to complete print jobs.

Prepare and adjust print-ready files (PDF, InDesign, etc.) for proper layout, bleed, and sizing.

Monitor print queues, media types, and quality throughout production runs.

Perform regular maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting to keep all equipment running smoothly.

Collaborate with internal clients to confirm project details, finishing options, and deadlines.

Safely handle and transport paper stock and completed jobs.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Inventory & Administrative Support

Track and reorder paper, toner, and other reprographics supplies.

Maintain organized records for job tickets, billing, and archived print projects.

Support job tracking, chargebacks, and coordination of outgoing shipments (FedEx, USPS, courier).

Respond to status inquiries and assist with quotes, deadlines, and delivery prep.
Workplace Safety & Quality

Maintain a clean and organized workspace that complies with safety standards.

Follow established procedures for handling machinery, tools, and materials.
