Print Production Associate / Delivery Driver | POS BWI | Full Time
Print-O-Stat is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Print Production Associate who will also serve as a Delivery Driver as needed. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment while also being flexible enough to support logistics and customer deliveries.
In this position, you’ll work in a combination of print shop production and on-the-road delivery responsibilities, supporting both daily production workflows and customer service operations.
What You’ll Do:
Print Production Duties:
- Operate wide-format printers, plotters, and scanners
- Produce high-quality prints including construction documents and specifications
- Perform finishing tasks such as folding, binding, and stapling
- Review files and job tickets to ensure accuracy and quality standards
- Maintain equipment and keep production areas clean and organized
- Manage multiple jobs simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Delivery Driver Duties (as needed):
- Safely deliver completed print jobs and supplies to customers in a timely manner
- Load and unload materials, ensuring items are protected during transport
- Verify delivery orders and obtain customer signatures when required
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries
- Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in print production or a related field preferred
- Ability to operate or learn wide-format printing equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with file handling (PDFs, print queues, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HP DesignJet large-format printers and Canon small-format printers
- Knowledge of print software such as Smart Stream, Adobe, Bluebeam, and HP Click
- Familiarity with local routes and delivery procedures
