Job Summary:
The Print Operations Project Manager III is responsible to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of print and fulfillment projects, ensuring that all materials are produced efficiently, on time, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and manage project plans for print and fulfillment initiatives, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution
- Assist with the continuous improvement of project management best practices, processes, and tools
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings including weekly status meetings and stakeholder meetings
- Represent project in program meetings or in Portfolio Governance meetings
- Capture and report on meeting notes, decisions, and action items
- Liaise with printing vendors to ensure high-quality production of materials such as member handbooks, flyers, and promotional materials
- Oversee the fulfillment process for printed materials, including inventory management, and tracking
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory guidelines in all printed materials
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all print and fulfillment-related inquiries
- Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, compliance, and member services, to align print materials with organizational goals
- Provide regular reports on project status, budget adherence, and performance metrics to management
- Assess, manage, and control project scope, schedule, and budget change impacts
- Perform any other job duties as requested
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science a related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
- Five (5) years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare/print production and fulfillment, is required
Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of print processes and fulfillment logistics
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with managed care, Medicaid, or healthcare industry regulations is a plus
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams, Outlook, etc.
- Skilled in working in project management software
- Demonstrates excellent analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent decision making/problem solving skills
- Excellent critical listening and thinking skills
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization of management within and externally to the organization
- Customer service oriented
- Skilled in managing a project of up to $5M in budget
- Ability to prioritize work and team assignments to deliver projects on time, on budget, and meeting stakeholders expectations
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency
- Extensive understanding of project management processes, techniques and tools, and development lifecycle (ideally Agile)
Licensure and Certification:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly preferred
Working Conditions:
- General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Compensation Range:
$70,800.00 - $113,200.00CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
