Job Summary:
The Print Associate supports daily print production and mail services, ensuring high-quality output, timely job completion, and excellent customer service. This role involves operating print equipment, processing mail and packages, and maintaining an organized print environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate digital printers, copiers, and finishing equipment
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, including UPS/FedEx shipments
• Review work orders and ensure print jobs meet quality standards
• Provide professional customer service and job status updates
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and a clean work area
• Follow established procedures, safety, and confidentiality guidelines
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Print, copy center, or mailroom experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and communication skills
