- Lead change strategy development and execution for tech and cultural transformation.
- Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions that align teams and spark innovation.
- Build programs that activate leadership, strengthen culture, and engage employees.
- Design and deliver leadership development experiences that blend technical and people skills.
- Use neuroscience-informed and human-centered approaches to overcome resistance and drive adoption.
- Have 10+ years in organizational development, employee engagement, or leadership development—ideally in tech or high-growth environments.
- Be a master facilitator and coach, with experience designing adult learning programs.
- Know how to use tools like DiSC, MBTI, StrengthsFinder, EQ-i, and Agile leadership frameworks.
- Communicate with clarity and empathy across technical and business audiences.
- Create experiences that are creative, fun, and drive real business impact.
- Change programs are embraced and embedded across teams.
- Leaders feel confident leading transformation.
- Employee engagement scores rise.
- Cross-functional collaboration improves.
- Culture initiatives are driving measurable outcomes.
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $147,000/yr to $184,000/yr depending on experience.
