Your role as Digital Workplace Pre-sales Solution Architect:
Gather and analyse client requirements (RFI/ RFP/RFQ) and volumetrics (e.g. locations, SLA’s, contacts and events count, AHT, ToT, etc,).
Set solution and pricing strategy, work independently to develop effort and cost estimates including assumptions, risk and contingency approach.
Develop client facing proposals including service overview, technology architecture, detailed service description and client benefits/ outcomes.
Lead the solution reviews and obtain approvals from key stakeholders prior to submission.
Participates to client facing meetings (solution presentation, solution workshops) and contract negotiations, develop client SoW .
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Bachelor’s degree, in business, finance, or technology or equivalent
8 to 10 years’ experience in End User Managed Services/ Digital Workplace Services (e.g. End User Service Desk, Field Services and Supply Chain, End User Device Management, Productivity and Collaboration), pre-sales solution architect preferred.
Has a good understanding of competitive landscape, products and/or services
Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience in pre-sales solution design for end user services, proposal development, design review & design trade off decisions, winning theme development, and presentation skills
Experience developing cost/benefit analysis and determining the risk associated with a given solution
