What you’ll be doing...
You’ll be managing the Project Life Cycle to deploy new functionality and day-to-day administration and evolution of the Environment Health and Safety SaaS (Enablon) including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and end user training and support. You will lead multi-discipline teams to build solutions that fulfill Environment Health and Safety regulations and laws for USA and select international countries.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
Providing key expertise associated with Enablon platform configurations, systems integrations, and data management to accelerate implementation.
Designing and implementing new capabilities to meet customer needs that scale globally and drive desired outcomes
Identifying areas of complexity and implementing improvements to optimize performance.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues rapidly to minimize customer impact
Staying abreast of Enablon SaaS evolution and new technologies to guide decision-making.
Enhancing analytic tools, reports and dashboards to support data driven decision-making.
Monitoring industry trends in EHS systems, metrics, data collection, and reporting to continuously improve these processes
Identifying strategies to best utilize technology and data to drive overall efficiency and effectiveness of EHS programs
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, mathematics or data science or six or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required in enterprise SaaS deployments, system integrations, web services and relational databases, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Programming experience using C++, .NET and Visual Basic.
Programming experience with Enablon specific language NABSIC
Understanding of EHS in the context of IT applications
Ability to mine, cleanse, analyze and migrate data using SQL, Python, R and analytic tools such as Cognos, Qlik and Power BI.
Ability to embrace change and work in a fast paced, iterative environment.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Master’s Degree in information technology, mathematics or data science
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud
PMP Certification
