Cedar
is seeking to hire 2 Principal Level Consultants (1 Dubai, 1 Mumbai) for its
Banking Technology Practice that assists banks in digital strategy formulation,
vendor selection, and program management across a range of technologies and
systems. We have a center of excellence in Digital and Core Banking. Our
mandates are strategic, board mandated technology programs in a fast-changing
world.
It
also seeking to hire one Mumbai based Principal Consultant for its Financial
Services Practice that assists Indian & Middle East banks in strategy
formulation and transformation across its customer, products, process, credit
and organizational framework. Recent mandates include the merger of the world’s
5th most valuable bank.
Candidates
must have 12-15 years of relevant experience in the consulting industry. Select
candidates with a banking career profile will also be considered. International
client experience would be a plus. Client, Program Delivery & Team
Management, and personal expertise in a relevant area are all key. A master’s
degree from a reputed program is essential.
Role
involves extensive travel, specially across the Middle East. As an individual,
you must be confident, have excellent communication skills, strong intellect
and problem-solving skills, ability to handle challenging client situations,
client centric, love travel, an ability to manage people, and critically – be a self-starter. The role provides you an

Skills Required
