About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Solid hands-on experience in creating prototypes, testing ideas with users, and refining designs to deliver innovative and user-friendly experiences.

Strong proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and user research methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree in Design.

Strong design leadership, with expertise in driving UX strategy, leading complex projects, and delivering top-quality results through a hands-on approach.

What will you be doing in this role?

Design Leadership: Shape UX strategy, lead end-to-end designs, and ensure excellence through hands-on work.

Collaboration: Work closely with teams, communicate effectively, and champion user-centric design.

Hands-On Design: Develop prototypes, conduct research, and iterate quickly based on feedback.

Process Improvement: Implement design systems, refine workflows, and introduce best practices.

Facilitation: Run workshops and reviews to align teams and drive innovation.
Product you will be developing
PISA provides Patent Intelligence, Search, and Analytics solutions to help customers create, protect, and commercialize their patents, encompassing sub-products like PT Annuities, IP Recordals, and PatentAdmin.
About the Team
You’ll be joining a UX/UI Global team with more than 50 colleagues across the globe, working from Barcelona Office and being part of a local fast pace growing design community.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time, permanent contract (40 hours per week with flexibility)
Hybrid model (2-3 per week working from our Barcelona Office)
