As a Principal Transformation Consultant at NTT DATA, your day will be filled with diverse and dynamic engagements where you can make a real impact. You'll advise our clients, recommend innovative products and solutions, and use your deep industry knowledge to transform their businesses. Your role will involve conducting meetings, crafting proposals, and delivering compelling presentations that demonstrate the value we bring.
You'll lead client workshops, often engaging with C-suite and senior-level participants to develop strategies and plans that align emerging technologies with organizational goals. Your expertise will help identify and translate client challenges into areas for improvement, driving business transformation and optimizing their operations.
You'll own the integration of solutions, coordinating internally to ensure smooth implementation. Staying current with industry trends and participating in technical conferences will keep your knowledge sharp. Your proactive approach will turn opportunities into innovative solutions that enhance our clients' businesses.
Your day won't be complete without a mix of collaboration and independent work. You'll collect, review, and analyze both IT and business issues during workshops, ensuring you stay ahead as a subject matter expert.
Occasionally, you may also mentor less experienced consultants, adding a layer of leadership to your role.
To thrive in this role, you need to have:
- A strong understanding of the IT industry environment and business needs.
- Deep vertical/domain/industry expertise coupled with consulting and client engagement experience.
- Extensive experience in a consulting or IT role within a large-scale, multinational technology services environment.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in managing high-pressure situations and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Excellent strategic thinking and business transformation skills.
- The capability to facilitate workshops with senior-level clients.
- The ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent client service orientation and advanced interpersonal skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology and/or Business Management, or a related field.
