Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled individual to join the Onshape Technical Services team. The ideal candidate is articulate and experienced in delivering engaging product demonstrations. You will collaborate with a fast-paced team, supporting our sales efforts by showcasing our product to potential new customers and expanding existing accounts with the Custom Success team. This role demands a strong understanding of engineering applications (CAD, PDM, PLM, CAM, FEA, etc.) and the ability to effectively communicate our product's unique features. You will play a crucial role in introducing a next-generation product design platform to a broader audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master our product and become an expert user.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver exceptional product demonstrations.
- Act as a product expert, addressing questions from customers and prospects.
- Develop technical product-related marketing content.
- Liaise with the development team to relay feature requests from customers and prospects.
- Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency with engineering software such as CAD, PDM, PLM, CAM, FEA, etc.
- Experience in delivering product demonstrations.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex customer requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
- A minimum of 3-5 years in an engineering role or a position within an engineering software company.
